Please note that the only toilets are in the car park and the disabled toilet operates on the Radar Key Scheme.

Please make sure you have your tickets with you when you visit (on a mobile device or printed if necessary). Castle Entry tickets also give you access to the garden. There is no concession rate for Garden Only tickets. If you have booked a Castle Entry ticket (timed) you may arrive early to visit the garden and tearoom but we are not able to admit you to the Castle any earlier (or later) than the time on your ticket due to social distancing guidelines. Please wear a face covering in all our indoor spaces (this applies even after 19 July 2021).

Historic House Members should book online and must bring their ticket and membership card when they visit.

Visitors with a 2-for-1 voucher should book online and bring the ticket and voucher when they visit. Please select one 2-for-1 ticket and 1 adult ticket.

You are welcome to visit without booking in advance and will be admitted to the castle as soon as there is a slot available (there are no time slots for the garden).

Dogs are very welcome in the garden (on a lead please).
